Coal Based Smokeless Briquettes

Zero Chemical Additives  ·  100% Natural Binder  ·  Premium Export Grade

Coconut shell is used as an important raw material in charcoal Briquettes. It is carbonized, crushed, processed by charcoal powder making machine. Later it can be made into various shapes and sizes.

Due to its high carbon content and hardness coconut shell charcoal has various applications in many fields since its features and advantages are practically convincing.

It is a 100% guaranteed environmentally friendly resource as it made of sustainable natural resource.

No trees felled. No chemicals added. The highest calorific value of any natural charcoal briquette.

Coconut shell char has a naturally high fixed carbon content a consequence of the dense structure of the coconut shell itself and the carbonisation process that converts it. When that char is compressed with a natural sawdust binder into a uniform briquette, the result outperforms hardwood charcoal on every combustion metric that matters to a commercial or export buyer: calorific value, burn duration, smoke, sparks, and ash residue.

At 6,500–7,500 kcal/kg, coconut shell briquettes deliver 30–50% more usable heat per kilogram than typical hardwood charcoal alternatives. The 2–4 hour continuous burn time versus 45–60 minutes for hardwood means fewer refuels in restaurant service and longer operating sessions in hookah establishments. Once at temperature, combustion is essentially smokeless enabling indoor grilling, rooftop restaurants, and food production facilities where smoke is a safety or compliance concern.

The agricultural by-product origin is commercially significant. No trees are felled, no primary vegetation is disturbed, and no chemical treatment is applied at any stage. These are the properties that command export premiums in Japan, South Korea, the EU, and the Middle East markets where buyers are specific about both combustion performance and sourcing transparency.

Where Coconut Shell Briquettes are specified.

Specified wherever combustion purity, high calorific value, long burn, and chemical-free sourcing define the fuel requirement.

Coconut Shell Briquettes Applications
Restaurant BBQ Grilling BBQ & Food

Restaurant & Commercial Grilling

High heat, long burn, no smoke, no sparks, no chemical contamination of food. The specification for premium restaurant BBQ, commercial catering operations, and food service providers where fuel quality affects food safety and guest experience.

Hookah Shisha Charcoal Hookah

Hookah / Shisha Charcoal

The global standard for hookah heating coals. Odourless combustion does not interfere with shisha tobacco flavour — the critical performance requirement. Long burn duration reduces coal change frequency during a session.

Food Processing Tea Factory Food Industry

Food Processing — Tea, Garment, Paper

Clean, consistent heat for tea factory processing, garment drying, and paper manufacturing where combustion by-products must not contaminate the product or the facility air quality.

Metallurgical Smelting Industrial

Metallurgical & Smelting

Supplementary carbon fuel in small-scale smelting and metallurgical operations where high calorific value and low ash reduce slag volume and improve process efficiency.

Clean Cooking Heating Domestic

Clean Cooking & Heating

Cleaner indoor air quality versus wood fire or raw coal. Lower fuel consumption, reduced smoke exposure, and lower deforestation impact for domestic cooking and heating applications.
