We supply activated carbon pellets from three feedstocks coal (MICSORB™), coconut shell, and wood. Each produces a different pore structure for a different application requirement. The specs below are drawn from our actual production parameters. Request our last batch COA for any grade before placing a first order we send it without conditions.

Five iodine grades from ≥700 to ≥1100 mg/g. Eight diameter options from 0.9mm to 12mm. The broadest specification range in our pellet portfolio built for procurement teams that need to match grade to system design precisely rather than accept a catalogue default. Hardness ≥93%. Impregnated grades available for applications where physical adsorption alone does not meet your removal target.

Hardness ≥98% — the highest in our pellet range. Iodine values from ≥900 to ≥1100 mg/g. Ash ≤5%. The grade specified for hydrogen PSA systems, beverage CO₂ purification, and specialty gas treatment where micropore dominance and mechanical integrity are both non-negotiable. Available in 3mm and 4mm. Last batch COA available on request.

Same hardness specification as coconut shell ≥98%. Same iodine range — ≥900 to ≥1100 mg/g. Different pore structure. Wood activation produces a higher macropore and mesopore fraction the grade for pharmaceutical gas purification, food industry gas treatment, chemical synthesis gas, and applications where large-molecule accessibility in a durable pellet format is the requirement. Available in 3mm and 4mm.
